Ice Arena Rules
Kids can not arrive before 10 mins for practice, please be off turf as quickly as possible for the next group.
No Spectators, we will try to have a board member handy for the practice
Kari or another board member Will bring the equipment each night
Don’t come if fever, cough or ill
No Gear Bags
We asked for no cleats
No locker rooms or use of benches if possible
Masks must be worn the whole time
Try to keep kids spaced apart, if possible, wait for face off drills until we are outside

Meet The Coaches
MATT FOOTE
Matt has never played Lacrosse because Lacrosse was not around when he was a kid. Matt coaches Lacrosse for Park High School. If Matt ever played Lacrosse, he would choose the position of DEFENSE.
Matt likes Lacrosse because it combines the endurance of soccer, the eye hand coordination of baseball and the aggressiveness of hockey. Matt's favorite color is Green, and his favorite candy is Heath candy bar.
DAN ROGERS
Dan played Lacrosse from 3rd grade to 12th grade. He played every position, but mainly played DEFENSE, and was a back up GOALIE.
Dan likes Lacrosse because your team is a Family. You end up playing with the same people for a long time. He also liked to run back then. Dan's favorite color is Green, and his favorite candy is Reeses Peanut Butter Cups.
NICK WORTMAN
Nick has played Lacrosse for 11 years, and currently plays Lacrosse for the University of Dubuque in Iowa. The position Nick plays is FACE OFF and MIDFIELD.
Nick likes Lacrosse because you have to work as a team to be successful. Nick's favorite color is Blue, and his favorite candy is Sour Patch kids.
COLE HERDER
Cole has played Lacrosse for 9 years. He has played for the Cottage Grove Youth Lacrosse program, and 4 years of Varsity for Park High School. He also played for Mn Chill, Frogs Lacrosse and Junior Swarm Box Lacrosse which are Club teams. He currently plays ATTACK for the University of Minnesota Duluth, and is also a member of the East Side Freeze Senior Box Lacrosse Team.
Cole likes Lacrosse because it is a competitive and physical sport that allows you to make great friendships along the way. Cole's favorite color is green, and his favorite candy is Starburst.
PEYTON KRAUSE
Peyton has played Lacrosse since 4th grade, so about 12 years. He attended Washburn High School in South Minneapolis. He played Lacrosse for Minneapolis Lacrosse, a combination of all the Minneapolis Public schools. He currently plays Lacrosse at the University of Minnesota Duluth. He has been a MIDFIELDER his whole career.
Peyton loves Lacrosse because it has given him so many friendships and memories that he will never forget. Peyton's favorite color is blue, and his favorite candy is Snickers.
ETHAN SINABERG
Ethan has played Lacrosse for 7 years. He played for Woodbury High School, and the Gopher Select club team. The main position he plays is DEFENSE/LSM, but he also played DEFENSIVE MIDFIELDER.
Ethan likes Lacrosse because of the community built around the sport. Ethan's favorite color is blue, and his favorite candy is Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.
